Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Blur Events, we strive to make your event experience seamless and enjoyable. However, we understand that plans can change. Below are the details of our refund and cancellation policy.
Cancellation by Participant
1. More than 30 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
2. 15 to 30 days before the event: 50% refund.
3. Less than 15 days before the event: No refund available.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the request date. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking.
Cancellation of Event
If an event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued. Alternatively, tickets may be transferred to a rescheduled date or another event, depending on the participant’s preference.
Modifications by Participants
Changes to your event registration (like transferring your ticket to another person) can be made up to 7 days before the event. Please contact us directly via the contact details provided below to make any modifications.
